Description: Assists in preparing, managing, monitoring, and reporting monthly budget operations. Performs various other accounting and disbursement functions.
This position has the primary responsibility for the effective and efficient oversight of financial services & events support to the campus and external community. Incumbent will support the Office of Conference Services and the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center. Must be proficient in financial operations, tech equipment and computer systems, and customer service.

Essential Functions: Excellent management skills. Ability to supervise and lead student employees. Ability to function as a team member, but also make independent, informed decisions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard event audio visual equipment. Ability to work with internal and external conference clients. Proven customer service skills.
Physical Effort: The position is primarily does require some mobility, in order to effectively assist clients & support events.
