Job Summary
The James B. Beam Institute for Kentucky Spirits is seeking students to support research, operations and production in the institute. Duration: Mid-May to early August.

- Developing a production plan and ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Planning and implementation of institute tours for groups from industry, stakeholders and academia
- Support production (fermentation, distillation, barreling)
- Contributing to a positive safety culture in distilling operations
- Documentation of production
- Benchtop fermentation and distillation in the lab and analytical work on spirits
- Support of office functions
