Caregiver

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team at a group home in Rainier, Oregon, specializing in providing support for individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts with a rotating schedule and competitive salaried pay. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for this rewarding role. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a background check to qualify.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the residents' daily experiences, which include but are not limited to:

• Preparing nutritious meals
• Offering transportation for appointments and outings
• Managing and distributing medications
• Providing medical assistance as needed
• Delivering emotional support and companionship
• Assisting residents with their daily living activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Scheduling appointments and activities
