We're seeking a talented individual to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment for commercial buildings.

**Responsibilities:** - Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment in commercial buildings. - Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. - Collaborate with other team members to address building maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements:** - 3+ years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues efficiently. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and a commitment to safety. - Possess a 3rd grade stationary engineer's license from the city of Omaha or obtain license within 18 month period.
