Are you an enthusiastic, innovative, and dynamic coach who has a passion to help student/athletes be successful? You might be a perfect fit for the Head Track and Field Coach at College of Saint Mary. This position provides leadership to our NAIA competitive Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field program, manages a state-of-the-art indoor fieldhouse, and assists in hosting numerous indoor track and field events.
Our Idea of a Perfect Candidate Is Someone Who:
- Has a proven track record of high-quality coaching.
- Has a proven track record of recruiting and retaining excellent student/athletes.
- Has knowledge and expertise in running both indoor and outdoor college and high school track meets.
- Has the organizational skills necessary to manage, recruit and maintain adequate roster size and budget to support a high-quality program.
Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience Include:
- College degree or equivalent
- Background in training track and field athletes
- Background in managing all facets of a track and field program
This Position Is Responsible For:
- Manage the schedule, budget, transportation for a competitive track and field program
- Recruit and retain competitive athletes
- Mentor and help guide student/athletes in social/emotional wellbeing and academic progress
- Mange all facets of the Indoor Fieldhouse
